Cilantro, also known as coriander, attracts pollinators such as honeybees, bumble bees, sweet bees and beneficial insects such as syrphids. An annual with edible leaves, seeds and flowers consisting of tiny umbels with an intense herbal flavour which can be used fresh as a garnish for salsa, guacamole or gazpacho. Once cilantro flowers are pollinated it will produce seeds which can be dried and used in popular Mexican, Indian and Asian dishes. Seeds are open pollinated and untreated. Certified organic by Pro-Cert Organic.
